Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CodeBeat Summer Training Program (“Program”) offered by CodeBeat (“Company”) to college students. By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility:

• The Program is open to college students who meet the eligibility criteria specified by the Company. Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process.

2. Program Content:

• The Program curriculum, materials, and content are proprietary to the Company and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior authorization.
• Participants are granted access to Program content solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized use or distribution of Program materials is strictly prohibited.

3. Fees and Payment:

• Participants are required to pay the specified fees for enrollment in the Program. Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the Program.
• Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the Company cancels the Program or provides a refund at its discretion.

4. Participation and Conduct:

• Participants are expected to actively engage in and complete all components of the Program in a timely manner.
• Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times, refraining from engaging in any behavior that may disrupt the learning environment or harm others.

5. Intellectual Property:

• All intellectual property rights related to the Program, including but not limited to course materials, presentations, and software, are owned by the Company.
• Participants may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any Program-related intellectual property without prior written consent from the Company.

6. Confidentiality:

• Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed by the Company during the Program.
• Participants may not disclose or use any confidential information for any purpose other than participating in the Program.

7. Termination:

• The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a participant’s enrollment in the Program for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary by the Company.
• In the event of termination, participants will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid.

8. Limitation of Liability:

• The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Program.
• Participants acknowledge that the Company’s liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for enrollment in the Program.

9. Governing Law:
